Job Purpose
The incumbent provides functional leadership to the– Asset Integrity & Reliability and carries overall responsibility to:
- Manage the Site Engineering Capex Program - Capex Planning | Preliminary Engineering | Budgetary Cost estimation | Capex Preparation & Submission | Detailed Engineering | Project Execution | CQV |Project Review
- The Lead Shutdown (Turnaround) leads & drives all aspects of the site turnaround activities. [directing the preparation, planning, execution, and post shutdown phases of all turnarounds to enable fulfillment of established safety/environmental, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.]
- Assure compliance with Cipla Global E&P Technical Standards & Procedures, cGMP Standards & Procedures [ Cipla QMS], OHS & Env Sustainability Standards, AI&R Standards and statutory compliance in impact area.

BE / B Tech [ Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Project Engineering]
Relevant Work Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in Engineering (Design, Maintenance, Operations and Projects). At least 3 years Project Management
- Exposure to Asset Integrity, Reliability Engineering and Process Safety Standards & Regulations
- Good technical knowledge of Pharma / API machinery and utility requirements
- Good knowledge and experience in execution of green field / brown field projects
- Knowledge of GMP and various regulatory requirement
Good leadership skills and experience in industrial automation
