Job Purpose

Cipla is undergoing rapid change and facing numerous challenges, including the demands of global competition, the need to speed up the drug-development process, and the Food and Drug Administration's (FDA's) expectations for the incorporation of the statistical principles. Statistical thinking and methods play a significant role in addressing these issues.  Ability to understand the problem and questions, articulate the problem in clear non-statistical terms, and propose useful alternative solutions. 

Accountabilities

I. Life Cycle Management - Annual Product Quality Review
II. Implementation of New Statistical concepts
III. Root Cause Analysis for Investigations
IV. DOE concepts during Equipment Qualification

Education Qualification

Fresher Good Communication Skills in English as well as Hindi, well versed with data analysis and statistical applications, troubleshooting during process. 

Software applications required: MINITAB & MS office, SAS, R-Language
