Job Purpose

Develop robust and safe processes for all the APIs by safety screening and hazard evaluation of process for different projects to avoid any failure, accident or hazards during process optimization and scale up

Accountabilities

I. Assess safety and hazards of API processes to avoid any hazardous incidents at Kilo labs/production plants during scale up
II. Prepare and isolate impurities to adhere to regulatory or statutory requirement for all API projects
III. Develop robust crystallization and polymorph process using PAT tools for smooth development of projects
IV. Evaluate critical and safety attributes of all API processes to ensure smooth scale up
V. Maintain GLP for smooth and continuous functioning of laboratories

Education Qualification

B. E (chemical Technology/Chemical Engineer)/ B.Tech /M.Sc. (organic chemistry)

Relevant Work Experience

For B.E /B.Tech minimum experience in required 5-7 years in API R&D with 2-3 years of experience in process safetyFor M.Sc (Organic)- minimum experience 8-10 years in API R&D with 2-3 years of experience in process safety
