Job Purpose
Key Accountabilities (1/6)
Ensure smooth operations of all administrative and FM responsibilities related to the Sales & Marketing Offices based in South India.
- Supervise HK manpower supply, attendance, grooming and timely deputation to the department. Ensure FM supports to be extended as per SOPs and followed it regular basis, Ensure all HK/Garden/Linen management staff follow guidelines and trained for the respective work.
- Support to India Marketing team to conduct meetings & employee engagements etc.
- Look after lease of building, rent and maintenance of the office area.
Ensure smooth operations of all administrative and FM responsibilities Plant (Bommasandra)
- To manage contract staff (HK), ensure support of GMP and Non GMP area manpower supply. Training, development and ensure plant is ready anytime audit.
Key Accountabilities (2/6)
Plan and support the team in driving uniform policies, processes across the organisation. Execute central driven plans, policies, and programms in the Unit to maintain uniformity across the organisation and ensure that resources and ensure that resources are employed efficiently.
- Ensure employees are following protocol, guidelines at site. Timely execution of all central driven policies and ensure it is being complete. Connect with other locations Admin employees and ensure execute best working methods.
- Preparation and updating of SOPS related to Admin & FM departments.
Facilitate business continuity through standardized processes and to support on controlling and monitoring admin budgets and set up Governance procedure
Ensure business continuity at Site during crises and pandemic period for Admin & FM related activities. Spend within the budget allotted and monitor monthly budget, and support for transportation, canteen committee etc
Key Accountabilities (3/6)
Work closely with the Location Head – Admin & F and the Manufacturing Unit Head in preparing Admn budget for the unit.
Support location Head on day to day activities and preparing various MIS, budgets and uploading data’s
Conduct effective surveys to get feedback of service levels provided and undertake improvement. Support during unprecedented calamities or during any pandemic.
- Conduct various online survey to get employees feedback on various services and take appropriate corrective action.
- Ensure support for any unprecedented calamities and pandemic business continuity.
Key Accountabilities (4/6)
Ensure adherence of Processes & Legal compliances. Ensure compliance with the applicable Labour Laws, Fire & Safety norms at the Unit. Ensure statutory compliance of all facilities and buildings in the Unit.
Ensure 100% compliance at Site. Upload all necessary documents for legal compliance timely. MW are implemented and pay-out to employees. Ensure service providers are providing PF, ESI to employees
Key Accountabilities (5/6)
Conduct training, retraining on Admin & FM related subjects to contract employees. Ensure bill processing, PO release for the department.
Provide work related training to outsourced staff for various field such as HK, chemical handling, Pest control, linen management, canteen management, gardening. Personal hygienic, SOPS, policies etc.

Education Qualification
Post Graduate with specialisation in Admin & Facility management
Relevant Work Experience
- 12 – 14 years in Admin & FM filed and experience in Manufacturing plant/corporate office
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Good written and spoken, communication skills in English.
- Well versed Kannada languages
