  • Job Purpose:
    To support the HRBP in daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and contributing to employee engagement, administration, and HR initiatives across North Africa.
    Key Responsibilities:
     
    🟢 HR Support ( Morocco - Algeria - Ghana)
    • Assist with the preparation and follow-up of recruitment and onboarding activities.
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
    • Support payroll coordination and ensure timely submission of documentation.
    • Handle employee requests related to HR policies, leaves, and benefits.
    • Participate in HR communication and engagement initiatives.
    • Prepare HR reports and dashboards when required.
    • Support training and performance management processes.
    • Ensure compliance with HR procedures and company policies.
    🟢 Plant HR Support
    • Follow up on Cipla employees’ overtime hours and maintain accurate records.
    • Conduct monthly visits to the Ain Ouda plant to meet manpower employees and address HR needs.
    • Support the preparation and validation of the manpower payroll.
    • Ensure alignment between plant HR practices and corporate policies.
       🟢 Reception & Office Administration
  • Welcome visitors and ensure a positive first impression of the company.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and office supplies.
  • Support logistics for company events, trainings, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure the reception area and common spaces remain organized and presentable.
  • Liaise with external service providers (couriers, maintenance, etc.).
Profile & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Professional, service-oriented, and proactive.
