To support the HRBP in daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and contributing to employee engagement, administration, and HR initiatives across North Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
🟢 HR Support ( Morocco - Algeria - Ghana)
Assist with the preparation and follow-up of recruitment and onboarding activities.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support payroll coordination and ensure timely submission of documentation.
Handle employee requests related to HR policies, leaves, and benefits.
Participate in HR communication and engagement initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards when required.
Support training and performance management processes.
Ensure compliance with HR procedures and company policies.
🟢 Plant HR Support
Follow up on Cipla employees’ overtime hours and maintain accurate records.
Conduct monthly visits to the Ain Ouda plant to meet manpower employees and address HR needs.
Support the preparation and validation of the manpower payroll.
Ensure alignment between plant HR practices and corporate policies.
🟢 Reception & Office Administration
Welcome visitors and ensure a positive first impression of the company.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and office supplies.
Support logistics for company events, trainings, and travel arrangements.
Ensure the reception area and common spaces remain organized and presentable.
Liaise with external service providers (couriers, maintenance, etc.).
Profile & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
