🎯 Job Purpose

Optimization of sales, cost and Company objectives through effective management of designated sales area

📌 Accountabilities

• Drives and Implements Cipla Medpro Mass Market Sales Agenda, Strategy and Policy for the organization
• Product Availability— Ensure in trade stock availability by understanding store sales patterns, rate of sale, promotional off take and product potential
• Responsible for ensuring product quality, merchandising, and development of the Cipla brand within the Mass Market space

🧾 Qualification and Relevant Experience

• Relevant Diploma or Degree
• 3 - 5 years' experience in a Sales role covering all areas of the function. Experience within Pharmaceuticals and FMCG retail environment is ideal
