Job Purpose

To ensure successful implementation of improvement projects and achievement of Key functional and organizational KPIs. Liaison with inter and intra functional teams for successful execution of organizational goal.

Accountabilities

Coordinate with quality teams to implement initiatives and deliver required output based on management ask.
Handling key leadership discussion forums and drive action item implementation
Understand, analyse, and improve key business process.
Drive continuous process improvement projects with HR, Finance and TechOps function

Education Qualification

B. Tech. MBA

Relevant Work Experience

â¢ Able to work in a dynamic environment.
â¢ Comfortable in interacting with high value stakeholders across Cipla.
â¢ No prior knowledge of Pharma or Quality needed.
