Job Purpose
Business Analyst will be responsible from a commercial lens, the analysis of Cipla Australia’s financial health by tracking performance to budgets, forecasts, and creating financial models to guide strategic decision-making. The insights gathered will be translated to actionable insights to support senior leaders, and require strong analytical and communication skills, including financial storytelling, proficiency in Excel, and business partnering.
This role will report to the DTM Business Unit head with matrix reporting to the B2B Business Unit Head. The role will be 30% for B2B ANZ and 70% DTM AUS.
DTM Responsibilities:
- Wholesaler Claims management: Collation, analysis, reporting and modelling
- Sales Channel segmentation (Specialty, Retail, Hospital)
- Pricing Segmentation (Sales at Standard vs 1st Tier vs Banner vs Hospital)
- Manage the price master file for contracts and in market deals
- Collaborative commercial management with finance
- Translation of market insights into forecast impacts
- Preparation of internal pricing submissions with relevant stakeholders
