Job Purpose

CiplaConnect is one such initiative and we are looking at expanding our team to implement several new ideas as part of Cipla Connect.

 

The Digital Product Manager will develop and drive the product vision and strategy, as one of the closest people in the business to the customer, undertake product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. This will include gathering and prioritizing doctor and medical rep requirements, defining the vision, and working closely with the tech vendor, design team and business team to deliver and manage the product. The Product Manager needs to provide constant feedback to the team and help drive towards the vision of organisation.

  • Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate ˜the story™ effectively to key stakeholders and the rest of the team
  • Set up a robust review and feedback mechanism across teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the product is aligned with the team™s strategy and requirements

  • Own the end-to-end product from inception to development and determine tangible business impact of products once operationalized
  • Continuously improve backlog with the team, ensuring all items are clearly described, estimated, and prioritized
  • Ensure customer-driven design considering user pain points & usability test results, while using market & industry knowledge as well as continual research, to deliver a well-positioned product
  • Approve each feature and provide valuable feedback for the team

  • Managing stakeholders across various functions to develop an unified product vision and to drive product development

Education Qualification

Bachelor™s degree in computer science or related field

Relevant Work Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in leading product teams in an agile setting in a similar role.
  • Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the healthcare industry with focus on digital.
  • Comfortable with technology/IT to be able to engage in discussion with tech team to understand risks
  • Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story
  • Enough authority to make real time decisions in the Agile Room
  • Ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders “ strong leadership and interpersonal skills
