Job Purpose
This role is responsible for partnering with business for IT solutions following India Business level set processes from phase of solutioning to Go Live & support. The role needs to interact with Cipla support functions and vendors / partners. This role will perform PM role and stakeholder management for projects.
Key Accountabilities (1/4)
1.Application and Data Management -
- Develop deep technical understanding of customer-facing solutions, applications, and end-to-end business processes to propose impactful system changes and process transformations.
- Deliver analytics initiatives by designing and developing interactive dashboards to support business decision‑making.
- Ensure alignment of technology platforms, enhancements, and solutions with evolving business goals.
- Oversee data governance to ensure visibility across reporting platforms, enabling personalized interactions and improved ROI.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and design innovative solutions to meet business objectives.
- Apply understanding of AI/ML models to translate business requirements into interactive analytics and operational applications.
- Architect backend structures, including designing schemas within the Data Lake and documenting business logic to build robust technical frameworks.
Key Accountabilities (2/4)
2.Engage with stakeholders -
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across India Business such as SFE, Digital, Marketing, Sales, along with internal IT Business Partners, the Data CoE, and backend infra team.
- Define and document business requirements in alignment with stakeholders and process owners for seamless handover to technical delivery teams or external vendors.

3.Project Management and Service Delivery -
- Track and manage project timelines, milestones, scope, budgets, deliverables, and expected business outcomes.
- Ensure key performance indicators and success metrics are aligned with desired business results.
- Design and manage support models while ensuring adherence to SLAs across Incident, Change, and Request Management for SAP and other applications.
- Support all analytics platforms and applications by driving enhancements and enabling digital features.

4. Rollout and Adoption -
- Build and execute solution rollout plans, including training end users.
- Drive adoption and track ongoing usage of deployed solutions.
- Provide technical support to ensure seamless user experience and continuous system effectiveness.
Major Challenges
Driving data standards and ensuring aggregation of data in our Data Lake – Which is a precursor to delivering Insights, driving analytics.

Education Qualification
Engineering and Post Graduate Degree / Diploma.
Relevant Work Experience
8+ years of work experience across various technology platforms.
Experience in SQL, PowerBI, Azure ETL pipeline process, Data Modelling, R/Python preferably in Pharma domain. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
