Job Purpose

Drive business growth through excellence in planning for emerging markets by managing partnerships, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring seamless product

Key Accountabilities (1/6)

Sales Order Execution

  • Validate purchase order entries in SAP.
  • Execute sales orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track order status by coordinating with Regulatory, Planning, and Packaging teams.

Key Accountabilities (2/6)

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate directly with customers regarding order status.
  • Perform regular follow-ups with partners/customers on outstanding dues,
  • Track customer receivables and update the finance team
  • Liaise with Regulatory, Packaging, Logistics, Finance, and Planning teams for seamless operations.
  • Support artwork development and PBOM updates with Packaging.
  • Coordinate with Business Finance for costing, credit blocks, and budgeting.

Supply Chain Coordination

  • Ensure supply visibility in the ‘IMPACT’ tool by coordinating with the planning team.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and resolve delivery delays or capacity constraints

Business Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor sales targets and track progress against annual budgets.
  • Provide inputs for monthly LBE and tender submissions.
  • Support portfolio development and market responsiveness

Major Challenges

  • Market Competition & Pricing Volatility: Non-competitive (new entrant selling at lower price) and frequent fluctuations in the pricing (tender bid lower than last bid, increasing distributor margins for high demand products etc.), cause significant impact on maintaining the P&L
  • Operational Delays & Supply Constraints: Non serviceability / delayed delivery of orders due to capacity constraints, trade-offs & technical issues causing penalties raised on the company
  • Cross-functional Alignment: To overcome above issues, provide advance intimation to the Business Finance team, on high value tenders & to Regulatory Affairs team to check for serviceability of registered product
