Job Purpose
Acts as a strategic bridge between the company and its investors by communicating key information. Builds trust and transparency, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions. To attract and retain investment, strengthen shareholder confidence, and support the organizationâs long-term objectives and sustainable growth.
Key Accountabilities - 1
Developing and maintaining the company investor relations plan
- Perform a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation.
- Monitor performance metrics for the investor relations function.
- Establish the optimum type and mix of shareholders and create that mix through targeted initiatives.
- Monitor operational changes via ongoing contacts with company management and develop investor relations messages based on these changes.
- Create presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors.

- Gather, collate, and analyze information to deliver reports.
- Respond to queries from stakeholders and business functions effectively.

Analyzing market and competitor information to prepare benchmarks and derive insights
- Implement benchmarking frameworks and identify/update sources for data collation and analysis.
- Conduct best-in-class benchmarking for identified business units and functions.

- Evaluate identified opportunities by analyzing potential synergies, complementary strengths, and overall fit with the companyâs needs.
- Build detailed financial models to gauge valuation scenarios and risks of the investment.
- Present findings to various levels of management to gain interest and deal approval.

Ensuring compliance and secretarial approvals as per SEBI guidelines during deal execution
- Collaborate with the company secretarial team and external compliance advisors to ensure adherence to SEBI guidelines.

Education Qualification
2-3 years of work experiences preferred or qualified CA fresher who is eager to learn and explore new things and has interest in capital markets.
