Job Description – Procurement Manager

Location: Ain Ouda  Rabat (Cipla)

The Procurement Manager is responsible for managing all procurement activities at the Cipla manufacturing plant, ensuring timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, services, and consumables in line with Cipla’s quality, cost, and compliance standards. The role supports uninterrupted plant operations while optimizing cost and supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute local procurement strategies aligned with Cipla global policies.
• Manage sourcing, negotiation, and contracting of materials and services for the plant.
• Ensure timely procurement to support production plans and project requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with approved suppliers and identify alternative sources when needed.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and Cipla procurement standards.
• Monitor supplier performance, costs, and inventory levels to drive efficiency and savings.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, finance, and supply chain teams.
