🎯 Job Purpose
Ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory, GMP, and internal quality standards by executing QA activities, monitoring processes, and supporting continuous improvement across manufacturing and documentation practices.

📌 Accountabilities

Support quality compliance & documentation:
• Review batch manufacturing records and ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Perform in-process checks to ensure compliance with GMP.
• Assist in the preparation, issuance, and control of SOPs and quality documentation.
• Participate in deviation, CAPA, and change control processes.

Monitor quality systems:
• Conduct routine audits (internal & shop-floor) to ensure compliance.
• Support qualification and validation activities.
• Ensure timely reporting and escalation of quality incidents.
• Participate in product recalls or investigations when required.

Contribute to continuous improvement:
• Suggest and implement improvements to strengthen quality systems.
• Collaborate with production, QC, and regulatory teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Promote a strong “Quality First” culture across departments.

🧾 Qualification and Relevant Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific discipline.
• 1–3 years of QA/QC or GMP experience (pharmaceutical industry preferred).
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and in a fast-paced environment.
