🎯 Job Purpose
Ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of all production equipment by carrying out advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities. Support continuous improvement, mentor junior technicians, and contribute to reliability and performance of manufacturing processes.

📌 Accountabilities

Maintain and optimize production equipment:
• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on machines.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and automation breakdowns.
• Ensure minimal downtime and adherence to production schedules.
• Document maintenance activities in compliance with GMP and safety standards.

Support continuous improvement & compliance:
• Recommend and implement technical improvements to enhance equipment performance.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and suggest procurement needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMP, and company procedures.
• Contribute to audits and inspections by providing technical insights.

Mentorship & leadership:
• Guide and support junior maintenance operators in daily tasks.
• Share best practices and train team members on new equipment or processes.
• Act as a role model in promoting safety, teamwork, and accountability.

🧾 Qualification and Relevant Experience
• Technical Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Maintenance.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/industrial maintenance (preferably GMP environment).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning tools and documentation systems.
• Ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
