Job Purpose

Monitor and control the production demand for raw material and finished goods by aligning with the production plan and coordinating with purchase, production, etc. to support manufacturing effectively and ensure compliance to cGMP and safety

Accountabilities

I. Maintain the availability of required raw materials and packing materials as per production plan to ensure uninterrupted production and help achieve manufacturing OTIF
II. Monitor the store operations for compliance to cGMP and set standards to meet the regulatory requirement and to ensure audit readiness
III. Manage the disposal of non-moving or slow moving items and ensure clearance of items before expiry to control the cost of inventory
IV. Ensure safety requirements are met by timely updating the team about revised guidelines to avoid any incidences or accidents within department to comply to the HSE norms
V. Propose & develop new vendors for solvent recovery with inputs from commercial & technical team to achieve cost reduction

Education Qualification

Graduate in Chemistry

Relevant Work Experience

6-8 years of experience in formulation stores of a pharmaceutical organisation knowledge of material management module in SAP and cGMP in stores
