Job Purpose

Monitor and control the packing activity of department in order to ensure seamless operation and achieve the production target in time with defined cost, quality and time standard

Accountabilities

I. Prepare and control the quarterly execution of packing to facilitate smooth operations by utilising optimum resources
II. Review the master batch packing record as well as release the work order for smooth execution of packing plan
III. Monitor and perform the routine operation as per SOP and cGMP to achieve quality product and avoid rework
IV. Maintain integrity of documentation by coordinating with QA, safety and other departments to achieve non-compliance during regulatory and safety audit
V. Develop and suggest new packing material as per machine feasibility with the help of packaging development for better productivity
VI. Mentor and coach the teams by imparting the training at all level to avoid operating error, in-process failure and energy saving
VII. Initiate the Jaagruti initiatives in the department for process simplification, cost saving and continuous improvement

Education Qualification

Science or pharmacy graduate. Degree/Diploma in management preferable

Relevant Work Experience

5+ years of experience in packing including 3-4 years of experience in handling of QMS activity, qualification and other related documents
