Job Purpose

Monitor and execute the packing activities in a shift by maintaining cGMP and safety norms to achieve production targets

Accountabilities

1. Ensure proper planning and execution of batch in accordance with plan.
2. Impart training to trainees and manpower with respect to initial (induction) on job training GMP, safety and hygiene, application and principles of packing department personally according to need.
3. To counter check the yield reconciliation and PM reconciliation after the completion of batch.
4. To cross check the online documentation and timely entries of all operation activities.
5. Ensure all the qualification, validation and calibration are done as per schedule and record are maintained.
6. To investigate record and report to Q.A. any problem which may adversely affect the quality of material / product.
7. To complete assigned training approval of attendance and record learning for attended training in Learning Management System (LMS) as a learner role and usage of Cipdox system for SOP reading.

B. Pharmacy

Relevant Work Experience

5-10 years of experience in packing with knowledge of handling of QMS activity, qualification and other related documents
