Job Purpose
Focuses on a role responsible for strong and effective Business partnering. Developing and executing vendor strategies, managing vendor/OEM relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of projects in line with GxP governance, all the while aligning with the company's overall goals.
Key Accountabilities (1/6)
Business Partnering
- Develop and build strong and effective relationship with the Manufacturing Leadership team.
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication plan with Business.
- Keeping Business team updated on the progress and challenges in the project.
- Providing inputs to Business on new things in Digital, Automation, AI & GEN-AI pertaining to Operations.
Key Accountabilities (2/6)
Vendor Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors/OEMs, fostering collaboration and trust.
- Identify and assess potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives
- Manage Vendor/OEM performance, providing feedback and support to ensure they meet their commitments and contribute to the company's success.
Key Accountabilities (3/6)
Project Delivery Management
- Oversee the execution of projects involving partners, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Production, SAP, Infra) to ensure seamless integration and execution of projects.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Key Accountabilities (4/6)
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnerships, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance partnership performance.

Team Development
- Apart from the allocation of job to the team, evaluation and performance monitoring to be taken up.
- Timely feedback to improve the overall productivity of the individual.
- Identification of training need of the team and guide them.

- Working with multiple Service providers and OEMs of Manufacturing Operations Applications
- Managing Delivery with partner of CIPLA’s multiple geographies and Time zone
- Governance of the Major Projects and Weekly updates to the Business.
- SLA Management of the Service providers and OEMs.

Education Qualification
University Graduate in IT.
Relevant Work Experience
Should have at least 10 to 15 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of partnership strategies and management.
Experience in the Vendor management.
Excellent understanding of SAP PP/PM module and interfacing with the other modules and applications.
Good understanding of the Business processes related to Pharma Manufacturing, Engineering & EHS.
Experience in project management and delivery.
Analytical skills to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and tool
